What IS Oneness?  How do you get it and how do you keep it?  And perhaps the most important question of all – do YOU have it?

Oneness is about internal and external harmony and balance.  Oneness means you know and feel that YOU ARE OK and that YOU ARE ENOUGH.  If you have Oneness then you are at peace and harmony with YOURSELF and YOUR WORLD.  In a state of Oneness, true love, acceptance and understanding flows within you, through you and around you.  When you get there – you will NEVER want to leave.
